How to export your Trade Republic transaction CSV

Before you import into Calavis, export the full transaction history from the Trade Republic app or web portal.

What you need from Trade Republic

Calavis currently supports Trade Republic transaction exports — CSV (recommended) and PDF statements. You want the file that lists individual trades and cash movements, not just a monthly summary.

Export steps in the Trade Republic app

  • Open Trade Republic and go to your profile or account documents.
  • Choose transaction history or statements and pick CSV export when available.
  • Select the full date range you have invested (or the maximum offered).
  • Download the file to your device — you upload it to Calavis, not by email.
  • If CSV is unavailable, a Trade Republic PDF statement can be imported instead.

Tips for a clean import

  • Export after recent trades settle so quantities match.
  • If your broker splits files by year, import the oldest first or merge chronologically.
  • Keep the original file; re-import is faster than manual fixes.
  • Check that dividends and fees appear as separate lines in the preview.
